In my imagination an inner vision becomes reality through my hands and tools. My "heart" is the catalyst that transforms inspiration to manifestation. I find inspiration everywhere. In my childhood, my family, the world that surrounds me of which I am a part.

I began to create jewelry out of a deep need to express myself three dimensionally, and jewelry seemed more personal.

I work with metal clay, fine silver in maleable form. I sculpt and form it with my hands and tools. Working from a soft, clay-like base to solid metal, applying a variety of techniques to achieve the most interesting results, adding another tool to my palette of expression.
